Doctor Harford's wife sees two attractive women flirting with him at a party just before he disappear for some time. (During this disappearance he was actually caring for another woman who had overdosed on drugs.) After returning home Mrs Harford tells him (in detail) that she has had sexual fantasies about a man she met, and chastens him for dishonesty in not admitting his own fantasies. After this he becomes obsessed with thoughts of her with the other man, and begins looking more closely at chances he has for a sexual encounter. He is tempted by the daughter of a dead patient, and by a street hooker, and eventually is practically offered an underage girl by her father. But the real problem comes from him stumbling onto the location and password for a ritualistic sex orgy for the very wealthy. Since everyone wears masks he thinks he can get in and out undetected. However, even with a mask he still stands out and is soon confronted. He seems to be in big trouble until a woman (who had been warning him that his life was endanger if he stayed) steps forward and offers herself in his place. He is told to leave and never speak of anything he has seen. This is accompanied with threats against him and his family. The next day he learns that the woman is dead, and the friend who told him about the party has checked out of his hotel in the middle of the night escorted by two large men. The doctor begins to look further into things, but receives a second warning. What happens after that I will not even try to summarize.
This is not one of the best movies I have ever seen, but that plot has just enough twists, intrigue and mystery to keep it interesting.

This movie begins with a full rear nude shot of a woman. Throughout the movie there are several nude scenes, showing full frontal nudity and full rear nudity of women. There are a few nude men in the movie but they are positioned in such a way as not to truly expose much. There are also several sex scenes, both in the sex orgy and in the Doctor's fantasies of his wife with another man.
