This is a fairly good adaptation of the myth of King Arthur. In this version Uthur Pendragon is given the mystical sword Excalibur by the wizard Merlyn and proceeds to conquer the other kings to unit the land under one king (himself). Uthur then risks everything to have just one night with the wife of one of the kings he has conquered. At his death Uthur buries the sword into a stone, and the next man that can pull it out will be King of England. Years later Arthur, Uthur's bastard son from the aforementioned union (which Merlyn took from his mother shortly after birth), draws Excalibur and becomes king. Guided by Merlyn, Arthur once again units the land, marries Guenivere and gathers the Knights of the Round Table. But after the fighting is over and there is peace in all the land, Guenivere sleeps with Sir Lancelot, and Arthur's evil half-sister Morgana uses the same magic which Uthur used to sire Arthur to sire a son of her own with Arthur. The land then falls on bad times of misery and poverty. Morgana's son, when he has reached about the age Arthur was when he became king raises an army and sets out to take the kingdom from his father, King Arthur.

This movie contains several nude scenes, including two sex scenes. The nude scenes basically show women's breasts and mens bare bottoms. Other than the sex scenes the major nude scene is of Sir Lancelot in the nude battling his own armor. One minor, almost unnoticeable, nude scene is a quick distant shot of a half dozen children playing in the nude.
